Enza is an experienced Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Athletic Therapist. She began her education with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences followed by a diploma in Sports Injury Management from Sheridan College in 2004. It was then that Enza’s interest sparked for osteopathy while learning under prominent manual osteopaths in the field. After becoming a Certified Athletic Therapist, Enza expanded her focus to osteopathic manual techniques and in 2007 began studying cranial sacral therapy with the Upledger Institute and visceral manipulation with the Barrel Institute.
Enza is presently a Cranial Osteopathy instructor at the National Academy of Osteopathy and the Ontario Director for the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA), in addition to running her own practice for over 15 years. More recently, her thesis and research on osteopathic approaches to fertility has led her current work and success in the area of infertility. She is a member of the International Association of Health Care Practitioners, and the Osteopathy Chronic Pain Clinics of Canada.
Enza is passionate about helping others and believes that most things can be treated through manual therapy to treat the whole body in a deep and meaningful way. Pain is an opportunity for change, and finding the right treatment can change your health permanently.
